MKA Philippines conducts Spiritual Fitness Camp at Masjid Baitul Ahad Brgy. Sinunuc Pitogo Zamboanga City

The Ahmadiyya Muslim youth MKA Philippines conducted a National Tarbiyyat (Spiritual Fitness) Camp on December 23-27 & 28-29 National Ijtema (Educational Compitation & Sports Compitation) at Masjid Baitul Ahad Peace Compound Sinunuc Pitogo under the supervision of Imam Talha Ali National Missionary Incharge and also Sadar MKA Philippines Saliyusa Suhod ll . It was done under Tarbiyyat ( Spiritual Training) and moral training of which Imam Halim Suhurun, Imam Mohammad Razari Ahmadul, Imam Faisal Heding, Imam Nuruddin Garingan Moh.Razari, Imam Abdul Mukhlis Ahmad and Imam Talha Ali were lecturer. This camp was designed for boys and 7-40 with a focus on five times daily congregational prayer, Islamic customs, Islamic history included Blessings & system of Caliphate & Nizam Jama'at and other various Islamic teachings. The goals of the camp included increasing the knowledge of the participants but also to have them discuss issues that are pertinent to them in today’s society. Open forum every maghrib to Isha
There were a total of 70 participants in the camp with many of them staying at the compound of Jamaat for the entire duration and practically learned Islam ideology.
Daily prayers were done in congregation including both Tahajjud (pre-dawn) at Ijtema time and Fajr (morning) prayers. Some of the topics discussed included Islamic customs after someone passes away, how to correctly perform ablution before prayer, the importance of Khilafat, the importance of the separation of men and women in gatherings, modesty, importance of keeping the mosque clean, prohibition of drugs and alcohol in Islam and respect of parents/elders.
Throughout the camp and at the end of each day there was a question answer session with Imam's Jama'at Ahmadiyya which was extremely valuable to the attendees. It allowed for the boys to ask questions which they may not have been comfortable to ask in a gathering with many adults in the time of ba'da maghrib. It also brought them closer to the Imam's Jamaat and also to its of every khaddum providing a good foundation for friendship specially at a time of sports Compitation & Quest Group Educational Compitation.

At the conclusion of the camp & ijtema there was a tilawat, nazm, pledge khuddam & speech of Sadar MKA & the Second Speech by Missionary Incharge Jama'at also There was a final prayer prior to the adjournment of the camp followed by cleaning of the mosque by the participants. All the attendees enjoyed the camp & Ijtema which fostered brotherhood.
